Innova: Community Business Academy is MAM’s newest program, dedicated to empowering underserved entrepreneurs and small businesses in local communities.

In partnership with the nationally-recognized Rising Tide Capital, MAM is proud to provide a new opportunity for our neighbors to blaze their own trail. By supporting these small businesses, we create jobs and support economic development while reducing disparities. Through this work, we are investing in people who hope and dream about what is possible for their families and our neighborhoods.

 

For low-income earners, owning a small business can mean better wages and more flexibility than traditional workplaces. However, starting and managing a business can be overwhelming. That's why Innova provides hands-on training in business planning and management. Our goal is to unlock their full potential, create opportunities for growth, and provide support in accessing capital.
