Houston drops out of No. 1 spot on Charity Navigator study but still strong (HBJ)

"Of the 108 largest charities in Houston, 54 received five-star ratings. The Houston Food Bank and Memorial Assistance Ministries tied for the top spot in Houston, with perfect scores of 100 in the financial category, the accountability and transparency category and the overall rankings."
