​This year (2026), the Healthy Eating Workshop will be offered in two dedicated cohorts — one in English and one in Spanish — creating a consistent, supportive environment where participants can learn, grow, and stay accountable together.

📅 Duration: March 25 – November 18

🗓️ Schedule: Once a month, every third Wednesday

⏰ Time: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm

📍 Location: In person at MAM’s main campus (1625 Blalock Rd.)

💡 What to Expect: Engaging 1.5-hour workshops designed to help you build practical, lasting habits

Este año (2026), el Taller de Alimentación Saludable se ofrecerá en dos cohortes dedicadas — una en inglés y otra en español — creando un entorno constante y de apoyo donde los participantes puedan aprender, crecer y mantenerse comprometidos juntos.


📅 Duración: 25 de marzo – 18 de noviembre
🗓️ Horario: Una vez al mes, cada tercer miércoles
⏰ Hora: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
📍 Ubicación: Presencial en el campus principal de MAM (1625 Blalock Rd.)
💡 Qué puede esperar: Talleres dinámicos de 1.5 horas diseñados para ayudarle a desarrollar hábitos prácticos y duraderos
