Upcoming Services

 

- FREE Basic Eye Screening for adults and children

​For adults and childrens (from age 4 - 5+) able to identify shapes or letters. The Eye Screening will evaluate your eye's health, and referrals will be provided for full exams and glasses if needed.

- FREE vaccines for children between 2 months to 18 years:

Vaccinations provided by Christus Healthy Living Mobile Clinics.

 

Available for the first 30 children on each date listed below:​​​​

• April 10, 17, 24 at 9 am

• May 1, 8, 22, 29 at 9 am

• June 11, 13, 27, 28 at 9 am

• July 10, 16, 24, 31 at 9 am

• August 14, 15, 16, 22 at 9 am

Your child is eligible if they are between 2 months and 18 years old and meet one of the following criteria:

• No health insurance

• Covered by Medicaid

• Under-insured (insurance does not cover vaccines)

• Is American Indian/Native American or Alaskan Native

• A parent or guardian must accompany the child

• CHIP is not accepted

Vaccinations provided by Harris Health System.
