Through the counseling program at Memorial Assistance Ministries (MAM), we provide a safe place of acceptance, compassion, and non-judgment in order to deal with the issues that affect growth in each individual.

Identify where your anxiety is coming from

Avoid blaming or shaming others (we’re all in it together)

Don’t be afraid to ask for help, Identify your resources

Social distance is recommended but stay in touch with one another (connect via social media)

Be kind to yourself and to others (self-care and self-compassion)
